All you need to know about JEE Advanced 2015

  • IIT JEE will be conducted by IIT Bombay,IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur,IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee& IIT Kanpur jointly.
      • JEE Advanced is the second stage of two – tier IIT JEE test.
      • JEE Advanced 2015 will be conducted on 24th May 2015 (Sunday).

Exam Timings:

      • The exam will be conducted in two parts of three hours each.
      • As per the official schedule announced, Paper I will be conducted from 9 am – 12 pm and Paper II will conducted from 2 pm – 5 pm.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only those candidates who will qualify JEE Main 2015 will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2015.
  • Candidates who appeared for IIT JEE in 2013 or earlier are not eligible for JEE Advanced 2015.
  • A candidate can give only two attempts in two consecutive years.
  • Age Limit – OBC & GE category candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1989. ST, SC &PwD category candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1984.Class X Mark Sheet is accepted as a proof of Date of Birth for JEE Advanced.
  • An aspirant who is not among Top 20 percentile but has has scored more than 75% will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2015.

Important Dates:

May 2015 Online registration for JEE Advanced will commence.
May 2, 2015 JEE Main 2015 results will be declared (tentative).
May 24, 2015 JEE Advanced 2015 exam will be conducted.
May 10, 2015 – May 24, 2015 Download & print JEE Advanced 2015 Admit Card
