Center marketing activities to generate enquiries
Conduct school activities and build school relationships.
Execute in-center marketing activities and programs such as referral activities, workshops, etc.
Execute out-center marketing activities in market places, schools, residential areas, etc.
Improve Student Satisfaction / CRM Level
Regular student & parent communication for academic progress of child including PTMs.
Escalation & resolution of academic problems.
Monitor and informing student absenteeism calling, class cancellations, assisting in test / examinations, etc.
Timely entry of data to MIS portals.
Effective day to day center management.
Center Head – Central Sales and Operations
Sales and Operations
To be responsible for growing revenue of the center and ensure efficient operations. To undertake activities which develop a) long term demand for company’s products and b) brand image with customers & consumers, schools and other bodies to make SM a preferred learning center.
Key Result Areas Accountability
1. Sales and Customer & Consumer satisfaction:
Drive student enrollments with budgeted yields such that the center operates at maximum capacity.
Cross sell & Upsell various products to existing students to increase yield / student.
To increase %age conversion of enquiry to walkin and enrollment through continuous sales training & objection handling efforts.
Drive renewals through a student – parent – teacher connect so that parents of SM students prefer renewal in SM.
2. Catchment marketing to improve brand Image:
School Activation to build deep relationship for HTLC with the teachers & students and gain market share in SM wrt enrollments.
Out center local market marketing activity viz RWA, local market place, leaflet insertions, etc.
Drive in center marketing activities such as referral program, workshops, etc for lead generation.
Map key competitor offerings to build a stronger SM offerings.
Deploy marketing resources effectively viz promoters, collaterals, leaflets, etc.
Capture all relevant information of Walkins/customers effectively in the CRM.
3. Academic Operations:
Build strong relationship with CP, faculty, CAO, HoD.
Report & proactively resolve academic issues faced by students through company systems.
Build connect with students & parents, updating them with necessary information on time.
Center Operations: Report and proactively resolve centre Infra issues as per defined TATs; keep admin costs as per approved policies & budgets.
Graduate preferably with MBA (full time course)
2 to 4 years of sales experience preferably in a service industry Fresh candidates can be considered as trainees
Ability to work cohesively with other functions and products.
Ability to resolve conflicts between teams and excellent people skills.
Customer & Consumer centricity.
Comfortable with use of technology.
Aggressive in terms of target acceptance and achievement.
